  • Yes! While there will be little adjustments between ages, this is a general guideline supportive for most women. Keep in mind this is not a personalized plan.

  • Cycle syncing is a gradual process, and how long it takes to notice results depends on a few key factors like your current hormonal health, lifestyle, stress levels, and consistency with the syncing practices. If you're coming off hormonal birth control, postpartum, or perimenopausal, it may take longer to fully align — and that’s totally okay. Cycle syncing is about tuning in and supporting your body, not rushing it. The first signs of positive shifts may be: Energy levels, digestion, and mood.

  • Absolutely! The ingredients itself are breastfeeding friendly. Keep in mind that calories and certain nutrients may need to be adjusted for your personalized nutrition goals. However, each person is unique and certain foods may or may not work best for you.
