I’m a real human and a mom to a wonderful little girl. I’ve been running my nutrition practice for over ten years, helping women and men optimize their health, performance, and daily energy through sustainable, science-backed strategies.

Before stepping fully into nutrition, I spent years operating restaurants across British Columbia, Canada. That time in commercial kitchens taught me how food works in the real world and shaped my practical, adaptable approach to fueling the body.

I am a certified pre- and postnatal nutritionist with a focus on performance, recovery, and supporting both macro and micronutrient needs. My work blends science, lived experience, and evidence-based research. I do not believe in one-size-fits-all diets or extreme approaches. Instead, I help clients understand their bodies, their seasons of life, and how to adjust nutrition, movement, and mindset to perform at their best.

Over the years, I’ve guided clients from burned-out business owners and busy parents to competitive athletes and everyday people who simply want to feel stronger, recover faster, and thrive in their bodies. I focus on practical, mindful habits that create lasting results rather than short-term fixes.

Whether your goal is to improve energy, enhance performance, or optimize overall health, I am here to provide guidance, clarity, and strategies you can trust. Nutrition changed my life, and it can transform yours too.

focusing on mindful & sustainable lifestyle habits versus over-supplementation & massive diet changes

Main philosophy and simple rules to live by:

  • Fuel your body based on how you feel today — adaptability is key to progress

  • Approach each day with intention, focus, and awareness of your body and mind

  • Consistent small wins compound into major performance gains

  • It is never too late to start improving your strength, health, and energy

  • Trust your capacity — you are already enough to grow, perform, and thrive

There is no protocol in the world that will make you feel better than eating the right amount for your body’s needs — needs that may even change with the seasons.
