The brand, Cultivate Roots, works mainly with plant-based foods while specializing in holistic touches when creating dishes for clients. Incorporating ethically-raised animal products, and local seafood from surrounding small businesses is always welcomed as menu options. Cultivate Roots catering specializes in intimate week-long or one-day events to enhance the overall guest experience with nourishment that matches the culinary intention.

Supporting local is what we do. Being consciously aware of where our food comes from is the upmost importance to us and we feel. It boosts our local economy, provides the freshest food with the highest nutrient density. All of which translates into fewer greenhouse gases going into the atmosphere by eliminating or reducing drastically long-distance transportation while showing acknowledgement to all the hard work and love that goes into these farms. Innovating dishes through the simplicity of seasonal wholesome foods is pure art, and I dedicate my work into showcasing our seasons. This movement is happening and by supporting small businesses like ours, you can be helping achieve the big movement of boosting our local economy, making local and organic food more available to our community and contributing to our environment! Cultivate Roots catering was born as an offering of nourishment to communities seeking to elevate an experience through wholesome flavours. All private catering is personalized entirely to hosts vision, and guest experience by blending both Registered Holistic Nutritionist education with apprenticed Red Seal Chef flavours for a holistically crafted approach to food. Anything but ordinary.

Where We Are

SEA TO SKY • VANCOUVER ISLAND • OTTAWA

Mainly based through the Sea To Sky corridor (Squamish + Whistler), Lower Mainland, and Comox Valley on Vancouver Island. Selective dates or multiple day events are based in Ottawa, Ontario. Since travelling is a fundamental part of the business, we are open to clientele seeking catering elsewhere… like the beaches of Costa Rica. You present the idea, and we can create.
